Location: Flexible base within the UK but good access to London

Salary: £45,000 per annum + amazing benefits and package

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Role Purpose

Responsible for elevating the visual standard of all tender submissions, pitch decks, and supporting collateral across our bid pipeline. Working within a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment, the role transforms operational, culinary, and commercial content into compelling, brand-led visual narratives that strengthen win themes and enhance client engagement.

Core Responsibilities

  • InDesign-led Bid Production — Own the layout, structure, and design of full tender submissions using Adobe InDesign, ensuring clarity, consistency, and premium presentation.
  • PowerPoint Pitch Decks — Build high-impact interview presentations with strong visual hierarchy, infographics, timelines, and service models.
  • Brand Governance — Maintain visual consistency across all materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and sector-specific tone.
  • Visual Storytelling — Translate complex operational information into intuitive diagrams and graphics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with Bid Managers, Chefs, Operations, and Marketing to refine content and ensure visual coherence.
  • Version Control & Deadlines — Manage multiple concurrent bids, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and meticulous file management.

Skills & Experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint (essential).
  • Experience designing bids, proposals, or commercial submissions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interpret technical/operational information and convert it into clear visual formats.
  • Experience in hospitality, foodservice, workplace experience, or FM (advantageous).
  • Strong layout, typography, and brand-application skills.
  • Comfortable working to immovable deadlines with high attention to detail.
