Location: EC4M 7RD
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum + overtime and an annual performance based bonus
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week - 8am to 4.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and develop a team of 17
- Oversee the daily operation, deputise in absence of GM

Our Ideal Candidate:
- We are looking for a hands-on manager with a strong hospitality background
- Will have a solid understanding of food and a passion for continually elevating standards and motivating their team
- Experience serving high-profile clients, including fine dining as well as large-scale events of up to 150 guests
- Previous experience as a manager is essential, along with a proven track record of leading a team of at least 10 people
