Salary: £36,899 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am - 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and oversee all food preparation to the highest standard, ensuring all food is freshly made on site.
- Work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, focused on great food and excellent customer service.
- Manage a café and coffee bar operation, including hospitality service (breakfast, lunch, deli offer, soup and salad bar) with approx. 400 transactions per day.
- Ensure food is produced in a timely manner to support smooth and efficient service.
- Manage stock and ensure all ingredients are available in line with menu requirements.
- Plan and develop menus in line with client and customer expectations.
- Bring creativity to menu planning, engaging with both clients and customers where appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene at all times.
- Take overall responsibility for managing and leading the kitchen team.
- Provide regular feedback, support and coaching to team members.
- Ensure all team members are up to date with COSHH and Food Hygiene training.
