Following a record breaking 12 months for new business wins, we are growing our sales team. Like all great sporting dynasties, we want the emerging sales talent to join the team whilst we are at the top of our game. Like-minded individuals who place growth at their core of their approach. The roles are UK-wide positions, and we are totally flexible on where you are based. We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to work with us to focus on selling our amazing workplace brands which include Gather and Gather, Vacherin and Blue Apple. Location: Flexible- you can be based anywhere Salary: £60,000- £70,000 per annum – OTE £120,000 per annum You will… • Be responsible for the delivery of personal sales targets by proactively building and maintaining client relationships, anticipating their needs and be excellent in selling the capabilities and strengths of our workplace brands • Be responsible for managing tenders through the sales process • Have a strong understanding of the operational complexities to design an offering that allows us to be successful in winning tenders • Be confident in presenting to multiple stakeholders and in articulating our key brand USPs to maximise our chances of winning with prospective clients • Encourage innovation to develop and grow the business beyond core activities and secure our position as a preferred supplier We are looking for someone who has: • Solid commercial acumen and an understanding of financial models used • Demonstrable track record of continued success • Management of the total bid process for new and retained business • Strong presentation skills with an excellent ability to keep your audience engaged with powerful closing skills • Experience of having operated successfully What’s in it for you?
