Rate of Pay: Β£28,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday Daytime)

Location: Edinburgh, EH3

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing high-quality food for breakfast and lunch services, catering for around 1,200 employees
  • Supporting the Head Chef in managing and developing a team of 11 chefs
  • Delivering a varied food offer including Classic British, European and Global Fusion dishes, along with pizza, pasta, deli and street food concepts
  • Recording and reducing food waste levels
  • Supporting with all kitchen organisation, stocking, and cleaning responsibilities
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
