- Working Pattern: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Role Overview: The Account Director will have overall responsibility for a high-profile TikTok contract across three London locations. This is a strategic leadership role focused on client relationships, commercial performance, innovation, people leadership, and contract growth. The contract operates through a Central Production Unit (CPU) delivery model, with food produced centrally and delivered to site. As such, the Account Director will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery, quality, presentation and consistency of food and hospitality services across all locations, while driving operational excellence and client satisfaction.
