At Gather & Gather, we are known as one of the UK & Irelands most distinctive catering experts, we are passionate about great food and great coffee and putting our employees and customers at the heart of everything that we do. We are currently recruiting for an Account Director to work with us at Oxford Brookes University.

Location: Oxford
Rate of pay: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday – some weekends will be required

Key Responsibilities:
• Full P&L responsibility
• Ability to lead on all F&B strategy across the university
• With the site management team ensure that the client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered
• Set clear expectations to the managers regarding food and service standards to ensure that all services provided are of the highest standards
• Proactively make suggestions to clients regarding innovation in food and food service to develop the site,
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all clients for the university
• Be the first point of reference for all client comments and concerns and take any necessary action
• Work with managers and other relevant parties to make sure income is maximised through effective purchasing, marketing and revenue/ waste control
• Produce financial reports where necessary ensuring all details can be explained and outlining any necessary action that has been taken
• Manage and develop managers within the venue for which you are Account Director
• Provide effective performance management and appraisal to relevant site mangers
• To ensure that the site managers are effectively managing the staff in their unit and to assist in this as appropriate
