We have a diverse range of customers and pride ourselves on delivering fresh food solutions created by happy teams. We do simple sarnies really well, hospitality that’s heavenly, delectable fine dining and anything else in between is beautifully presented while always being, tasty and delicious. Quite simply, food is our passion Hours of work: 7am – 3.30pm 5 days out of 7 including 2 x weekends a month, either one on/one off or two on/two off. Flexiblity available. Free staff parking once Gatwick pass approved (usually within first 2 weeks) Key responsibilities To ensure that food preparation, production and service is of a high standard and meets with customer satisfaction. To keep within company standards regarding the quality, quantity, consistency, presentation and delivery of all meals/dishes. To deputise duty kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef/Chef Manager. To ensure food offer is produced within necessary cost controls, as directed by the Chef/ Manager.
