We are currently recruiting for an Operations Director to work with us covering business & industry sites in London & the Southeast. This is an exciting, permanent opportunity to play a pivotal role within our senior leadership team and truly drive innovation, push boundaries, and reach potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing operational delivery of circa £30 million revenue to agreed company standards.
- Accountable for the business commercial performance through proactive strategic planning and value propositions.
- Developing, improving, and implementing operations and production plans to meet company goals.
- Striving to continually exceed client expectations and provide excellent customer care.
- Maximizing contract retention and upselling in the area of responsibility.
- Motivating and leading a team of 4 regional operations managers to achieve great results, targets, and develop teams and successors.
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be an experienced Operations Director or ambitious Head of Operations within the contract catering Business & Industry sector.
- Have a proven track record of managing P&L, with a volume of at least £15m revenue per annum, and strong financial and accounting experience.
- Have successfully worked with a mix of clients and contracts.
- Be passionate about food, self-motivated, and driven.
