We are excited to be recruiting for a Labour Analyst to work at Leisure sites across London and surrounding areas.
Location: 3 days a week site based (Leisure sites which are mostly London based sites plus a few outside London including Peterborough and Wisley in Surrey) and 2 days WFH
Salary: £45,000 per annum + Bonus
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on-site at various catering locations, observing staffing levels and identifying inefficiencies
- Collaborate with General Managers and operational teams to develop smarter staffing solutions
- Ensure rotas are aligned with sales forecasts, adjusting for demand fluctuations
- Support teams in understanding and implementing best practices for workforce planning
- Collaborate with Finance Managers and Location Accountants to ensure accurate labour reporting and accountability
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to operations teams on effective labour management
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced operator or finance professional with a deep understanding of workforce planning in catering environments
- Strong commercial mindset - able to balance labour efficiency with service delivery
- Hands-on approach, willing to spend time on-site working directly with teams
- Comfortable working with finance teams, commercial teams, and operational leadership
