We're seeking an experienced IT operations leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and continually improving the end-user experience across our global business.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for service delivery, infrastructure operations, outsourced technology partners, business continuity and operational excellence across multiple global regions.
About the Role
Reporting to the CIO, you will lead CHC's global IT operations function, driving service performance, operational resilience and continual improvement across Service Desk, Infrastructure and outsourced technology services.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will ensure our global IT services continue to support safe, efficient aviation operations.
You will champion service excellence, driving high levels of customer satisfaction, service performance and continual improvement while leading our global Service Desk, Infrastructure and outsourced technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global IT operations and service delivery.
- Drive excellent customer service and end-user satisfaction across global IT services.
- Measure, monitor and continually improve customer satisfaction and service experience.
- Own operational KPIs, SLAs and performance reporting.
- Manage strategic outsourced technology partners.
- Lead Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
- Oversee operational governance across infrastructure and support services.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and continuously improve IT services.
