Role Summary
We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our global infrastructure operations, ensuring the reliability, security and performance of the technology platforms that support CHC's worldwide aviation operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of infrastructure engineers whilst overseeing enterprise Azure services, hybrid infrastructure, networking, vendor performance and operational resilience across a global business.
About the Role
Reporting to the Global IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational health of CHC's infrastructure and platform services, ensuring critical systems remain secure, available and resilient. You will lead a team of infrastructure engineers, manage key outsourced technology partners, and work closely with colleagues across Cloud, Security and Service Delivery to continuously improve our global technology estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global Infrastructure Engineering team.
- Oversee Azure cloud and hybrid infrastructure operations.
- Ensure high availability of business-critical platforms.
- Manage outsourced NOC and infrastructure service providers.
- Drive infrastructure performance, capacity planning and continual improvement.
- Lead disaster recovery testing and operational resilience.
- Maintain infrastructure security and regulatory compliance.
- Support ongoing cloud migration and infrastructure modernisation.
