We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Support professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for property, and an interest in both sales and marketing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations — supporting our sales team with administration and progression, while assisting in marketing activities that showcase our brand and properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales administration support, ensuring all property files and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Manage sales progression, liaising with solicitors, agents, and clients to ensure efficient communication and timely completions.
- Assist with marketing activities, including coordinating property videos, listings, and promotional campaigns.
- Support social media content, Chinese-language marketing materials, and client communications where required.
- Maintain CRM systems, prepare reports, and assist with general administrative duties.
About You:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the property industry (sales or lettings) is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
