Crown Home Buying and Letting (CHBL) is a boutique independent estate agency operating at the premium end of the London property market. Our sales activity spans Central London, working with both UK-based and international clients across resale homes and new-build developments. A significant proportion of our client base is international, and Mandarin is used regularly in our day-to-day sales operations. As our sales pipeline continues to expand, we are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Administrator to support our high-performing sales team from offer agreed through to completion.
This role sits at the heart of the sales journey, supporting transactions across Central London. You will work closely with an ambitious, collaborative sales team to ensure deals progress smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. From offer agreed through to completion, you will coordinate sales progression, maintain clear communication between all parties, and ensure that deadlines and documentation are managed effectively. Responsiveness, organisation, and attention to detail are essential, and Mandarin will be used when liaising with certain clients and stakeholders. This is a team-focused role for someone who enjoys contributing to shared success and maintaining high standards throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate property sales progression from offer agreed to completion
- Maintain regular communication with buyers, sellers, solicitors, developers, and internal teams
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders as required
- Track key milestones, documentation, and deadlines across multiple sales files
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and updates within internal systems
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep transactions moving
- Support the wider sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
Skills & Experience Required
- Fluent Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in property sales administration preferred
- Candidates with legal, conveyancing, or strong administrative backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
