Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Mandarin-speaking Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team in Tower Hill.

The Role – Lettings Negotiator (Mandarin Speaking):
As a Lettings Negotiator at CHBL, you will manage the lettings process from enquiry to completion, working closely with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess applicant requirements and identify suitable rental properties
- Handle lettings enquiries and match applicants to appropriate homes
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers successfully
- Prepare tenancy agreements and manage referencing and Right to Rent checks
- Monitor the Central London lettings market for new developments and opportunities
- Maintain and update the company’s property and applicant database
- Promote CHBL properties across social media platforms to increase exposure
- Provide ongoing support to the Lettings Director as required
Skills & Experience Required:
- Fluent English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Lettings Negotiator, ideally in Central London
- ARLA qualification preferred (but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships with landlords and tenants
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and progress in a fast-paced environment
