The Double Eagle serves players and members of The Chautauqua Golf Club providing snacks, lunch, and a full-service bar in the air-conditioned clubhouse, under a covered patio and around the greens on our mobile beverage cart.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate beverage cart while providing service to golfers around the green course.
- Maintain a well-stocked beverage cart.
- Demonstrate knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor.
- Know and understand New York state liquor laws.
- Track sales and maintain cash bank.
Work Schedule:
Flexible schedules, full and part-time, for seasonal employment during summer operations. Seasons run June to August. Schedules typically include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Shift start times vary from 5am to 5pm.
Living on the Grounds:
No employer-provided housing. Applicants should secure independent housing within a commutable distance.
