Responsibilities
- Proactive, extensive diary management
- Managing Outlook inboxes and calendars
- Organising business travel (including hotels, cars, currency) in line with budgets, also assessing marketing requirements
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Organise meetings and lunches and team events
- Working with the Marketing team to plan and deliver Corporate events as required
- Typing correspondence/creating reports including PowerPoint & Excel
- Collating meeting packs
- Assist with raising expense claims and checking submitted expense claims ensuring quality control
- Liaising with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations
- Providing cover for other PA’s as required
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
- Executive level PA experience, ideally gained from within Insurance industry
- Understanding of insurance terminology and processes is highly advantageous
- Experience in diary management, travel arrangement, and meeting coordination
- Proficient user of all Microsoft Apps (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
