We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about connecting great talent with opportunities across a market-leading Insurance Group. You will play a key role in sourcing, mapping, engaging, and assessing high-quality candidates while supporting a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Job Description:
- Work closely with the Head of HRBP Recruitment, Talent team, HR, and hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment process, providing end-to-end recruitment support.
- Develop and maintain talent pools, providing regular updates and reporting on vacancies and recruitment activity.
- Build and nurture relationships with preferred suppliers, giving feedback and reviewing campaign performance.
- Use job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and networking to identify and attract candidates.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess suitability against role requirements.
- Ensure the applicant tracking system and candidate records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with shortlisting, managing applications, coordinating campaigns, and supporting selection processes.
- Keep informed about industry trends and contribute to market mapping and new sourcing strategies.
- Build solid relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional recruitment journey.
- Prepare recruitment materials, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
Skills and Competencies:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment or resourcing role.
- Experience recruiting within the insurance industry.
- Experienced of ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience using Workday (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, detail-focused, and results-driven.
