Senior Reinsurance Data Analyst – Placement Support Lead
Job Summary
The Placement Support Lead is responsible for the timely delivery of outwards reinsurance placing information, leading the placement support team, and assisting purchasers.
Main Duties
- Provide coaching for placement support staff
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and resolve data issues
- Develop and share best practices / continuous improvements
- Optimize information / data presentation for reinsurers
- Manage processes, reporting, and stakeholder relationships
- Support business planning, including providing budget file updates, reinsurance summaries, and conducting estimated income reviews
- Respond to reinsurer queries
- Support the premium adjustment process
