Chaucer Group in London is seeking a Claims Operations Analyst to support the Claims department across all classes of business from an operational perspective.
Reporting to the Head of Claims Operations and Delegated Authority, the role contributes to developing and delivering Chaucer’s Claims Service.
You will work across multiple workstreams, liaising with IT and external partners to ensure timely delivery of claims processes, reporting, and performance metrics.
