A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Locum RVN to support a modern, independently owned veterinary hospital in the West Midlands with Day and/or OOH cover. With dates available throughout summer and into Autumn, this role offers a great opportunity to work within a well‑equipped hospital environment alongside an established and supportive team.
This role is based within a recently established, independently owned hospital, opened within the past 10 years and is fully equipped with modern facilities. The practice benefits from a strong team culture and a genuinely supportive environment, with an in‑house night team providing consistent clinical support and continuity of care when the day ends. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and collaborative approach, this is a practice where locums are well integrated into the team and valued for their contribution.
This is a hands‑on role offering exposure to a varied and interesting caseload, suited to confident RVNs who are comfortable working within busy hospitals.
Hours & Dates
- Night shifts: 7:00pm – 8:30am
- Day shifts: Variety of Patterns Available between 8am – 7.30pm
- Happy to book ad hoc / blocks / ongoing
Pay & Benefits
- Days: Up to £25 Per Hour Worked
- Nights: Up to £30 Per Hour Worked
- All payroll options considered – Umbrella, LTD, ZHC, Sole Trader

About You
- RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse
- 3+ years post‑graduate experience
- Confident working within a hospital
- Strong inpatient care and emergency nursing skills
- Team‑oriented with a proactive approach
