The RoleYou’ll enjoy a varied caseload of routine consultations alongside more complex medical and surgical cases, giving you the opportunity to continue building your clinical skills in a well-equipped, fast-paced environment. While support is always on hand, this role would suit someone who is comfortable managing their own caseload and working with a good degree of independence. As an independent practice, patient care always comes first. The team prides itself on its collaborative culture, with many members of staff choosing to stay for years—a testament to the supportive environment and positive working relationships.
Working Pattern- Full-time position across a 4-day week
- One full weekday off every week
- Shared weekend rota with approximately 1 in 6 Sundays
- Sunday commitment is inpatient care only, typically lasting 1–2 hours (with longer days only occasionally required). There is no expectation to remain at the practice between checks.
