West Sussex , working across two friendly branch surgeries while benefiting from the expertise and facilities of a thriving hospital team.

The Role

This full‑time position offers an excellent balance of autonomy and teamwork, allowing you to build strong client relationships while having access to advanced facilities and experienced colleagues whenever needed.

Key responsibilities include

  • Providing high‑quality first opinion veterinary care.
  • Managing and working up your own medical and surgical cases.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
  • Performing routine consultations and surgeries.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider veterinary team.
  • Referring complex or hospitalised cases to the main veterinary hospital when required.

The role is based across two branch practices, working

  • 40 hours per week.
  • 2 days at each branch location.
  • 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
  • Flexible and part‑time applications will also be considered for the right candidate.

About You

We're looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who is

  • Confident with routine consultations and surgery.
  • Comfortable with occasional sole charge.
  • Friendly, approachable and client‑focused.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
