My client in East London is looking for an experienced and motivated

Senior Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a busy hospital team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about high-quality patient care, emergency and critical care, clinical excellence and team leadership .

Key responsibilities

  • Providing excellent nursing care, including emergency and critical care.
  • Supporting anaesthesia, surgery, diagnostics and Schedule 3 procedures.
  • Leading, mentoring and supporting the nursing team.
  • Supporting student nurses and new starters.
  • Delivering in-house training, CPD and emergency drills.
  • Maintaining clinical standards, equipment and compliance.
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the hospital.

About you

  • Qualified and experienced RVN.
  • Confident with emergency/critical care and anaesthesia.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about mentoring others and continuous improvement.

The role

  • Full-time, approximately
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1:6 weekend rotation
  • Up to
  • 3 bank holidays per year

• Salary

£35,000-39,000 , depending on experience
