My client in East London is looking for an experienced and motivated
Senior Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a busy hospital team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about high-quality patient care, emergency and critical care, clinical excellence and team leadership .
Key responsibilities
- Providing excellent nursing care, including emergency and critical care.
- Supporting anaesthesia, surgery, diagnostics and Schedule 3 procedures.
- Leading, mentoring and supporting the nursing team.
- Supporting student nurses and new starters.
- Delivering in-house training, CPD and emergency drills.
- Maintaining clinical standards, equipment and compliance.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the hospital.
About you
- Qualified and experienced RVN.
- Confident with emergency/critical care and anaesthesia.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate about mentoring others and continuous improvement.
The role
- Full-time, approximately
- 40 hours per week
- 1:6 weekend rotation
- Up to
- 3 bank holidays per year
• Salary
£35,000-39,000 , depending on experience
