About the practice & Location: This RCVS PSS registered practice prides itself on a wonderful team culture, offering a psychologically safe and enjoyable place to work where every team member plays a valued part. Located in a highly convenient built‑up area in Worcestershire, the practice boasts excellent transport links and is perfectly situated near local shops and amenities. About the role and team: The successful candidate will join a fabulous, well‑resourced team consisting of 4 FTE Vets, 6 RVNs, 4 Receptionists, and a dedicated Practice Manager.
Hours: Permanent, 30-37 hours per week across 4 days. Weekends: 1:4 Saturdays (9am – 2pm). OOH: No Out of Hours or Bank Holidays.
The role involves a varied mix of consultations and surgical procedures, some sole‑charge shifts, and the opportunity to support and mentor visiting vet students. You will enjoy clinical freedom to work up your own cases in a highly collaborative and cohesive environment, with additional access to a strong local network of colleagues and peripatetic surgeons.
