GVC are assisting a luxury independent veterinary clinic in North London with the recruitment of an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team.

Having opened in March 2025, the practice has gone from strength to strength and is now looking to welcome another Vet into its established team

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Vet looking to work within a beautiful, modern clinic where exceptional patient care, advanced facilities and a genuinely supportive team culture are at the heart of everything they do.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a close-knit team of experienced veterinary professionals, working alongside a highly respected Clinical Lead with an excellent reputation and wealth of experience within the industry.

With a 3+ Vet team, you’ll have plenty of support around you, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys first-opinion practice but wants to be surrounded by experienced colleagues who are happy to share knowledge and support one another.

The role will include:

  • A varied mix of consultations, diagnostics and surgical cases
  • Performing routine surgical procedures with confidence and care
  • Developing individual treatment plans and delivering excellent patient care
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their pets
  • Maintaining high clinical standards and accurate records
  • Working collaboratively with the wider veterinary team
  • Taking an active role in your ongoing professional development

About You

The team are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience who is confident in first-opinion practice and comfortable with both medical and surgical cases.

You’ll ideally be someone who:

  • Has strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Is confident performing a variety of routine surgical procedures
  • Communicates exceptionally well with clients and colleagues
  • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
  • Is passionate about delivering high-quality, personalised veterinary care
  • Wants to continue learning and developing within a supportive environment
