The Role
As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll combine clinical work with the opportunity to support and develop the wider practice. You’ll be involved in:
- Providing high-quality clinical care across consultations and surgery
- Creating tailored treatment plans and discussing these with clients
- Supporting and developing the clinical team
- Sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues
- Helping drive clinical standards and the continued development of the practice
- Working collaboratively with an experienced nursing and support team
About You
You’ll be a qualified MRCVS with a passion for clinical excellence and client care.
We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is ready to lead, develop and inspire a team. You’ll be confident clinically, enjoy working collaboratively and be keen to contribute ideas to help the practice continue to grow.
