Veterinary Surgeon – Small Animal
Are you a proactive and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new opportunity within a supportive and progressive small animal team?
My client in London islooking for a permanent Small Animal Vet to join an experienced, independent veterinary team. This is a varied role working across a small number of well-established sites, offering the opportunity to experience different caseloads and clinical environments while remaining part of the same supportive team.
The role is ideally suited to a Vet who enjoys variety and would like to develop their clinical interests while having access to experienced colleagues for advice and support.
There will be some occasional sole-charge work, but you will have access to experienced Senior Vets and a strong nursing and support team. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues with additional clinical qualifications and areas of expertise.
They are keen to support your individual interests and development. If there is an area of practice you are particularly passionate about, there is scope to develop this further, including investment in appropriate equipment and training.
Clinical progression is actively encouraged, with enhanced CPD support and opportunities for certificate development available. The team is passionate about creating opportunities for its vets and helping individuals build a career that suits their interests and ambitions.
Work-life balance is also an important part of the role, with a standard four-day working week and a manageable weekend commitment. There are no regular OOH or on-call duties.
