About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position working 41 hours per week, with a start date of August 2026 (flexible). There is no out-of-hours and no Sunday working. As Lead RVN, you'll be the clinical anchor of the nursing team — working hands‑on across consults, theatre, prep, diagnostics and patient care, while also taking ownership of standards, mentorship and the smooth running of the day.
Key responsibilities include:
- Anaesthesia monitoring and patient safety
- Surgical prep, theatre and in‑patient care
- Nurse clinics and preventative healthcare
- Supporting diagnostics and procedures
- Mentoring VCAs and supporting team development
- Maintaining high clinical standards and keeping the day organised
- Building trusted, lasting client relationships
