Part-Time - Veterinary Surgeon Wanted at a Forward-Thinking Clinic in North London

£50,000 to £85,000 Pro Rata | Starting September | Technology-Led | Free Lunch | Paid Lunch Breaks

Who they are

This is a forward-thinking, technology-led veterinary group in North London building the next generation of general practice veterinary care. The model is built around a simple principle - create the best workplace for the team and you create the best place for pets to receive care. The clinics are modern and bespoke-built, the technology is designed to reduce admin, and the culture is genuinely supportive, diverse and people-first throughout.

Clients can message the clinical team directly and are encouraged to stay with their pets during procedures. A remote digital care team provides an additional layer of patient support. Schedules are structured to give vets time to recharge. Contextualised care - treating every animal and owner as an individual - is the standard, not the exception.

What you will do

This is a part-time role starting in September, offering a fantastic opportunity to experience a genuinely different way of working in general practice. You will be delivering high-quality contextualised first opinion care with genuine clinical freedom, working within a collaborative in-clinic team backed by a remote digital care team for additional patient support.

What you will gain

  • £50,000 to £85,000 pro rata depending on experience.
  • Paid lunch breaks and free lunch and snacks in clinic.
  • Employee assistance programme and mental health support.
  • Free veterinary care for your own pets and cost-price medications.
  • A vibrant, supportive team culture built around doing veterinary medicine better.

What they need from you

  • An RCVS registered vet with at least two years of general practice experience.
  • An empathetic communicator with genuine integrity and a desire to be part of a culture that is actively trying to change veterinary care for the better.
  • Someone looking for a fulfilling part-time role starting this autumn.
