An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to become the new Clinical Director or Head Veterinary Surgeon at an established practice in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Situated across three sites (Heaton, Forest Hall, and North Shields) in the vibrant heart of Newcastle upon Tyne, this position is easily commutable from surrounding areas across Tyne and Wear, County Durham, and Northumberland. The practice is fully equipped to deliver high standards of care, featuring:
- In-house biochemistry & haematology
- X-ray & ultrasound
- Dental radiography (currently being installed!)
Joining a friendly and established team of experienced Vets, RVNs, SVNs, Patient Care Assistants, and Receptionists, you will work alongside and receive strong support from a Senior Clinical Director.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, motivating, and inspiring the veterinary team to uphold exceptional clinical standards.
- Partnering with the Practice Manager on strategic planning, service development, rotas, and business performance.
- Managing a diverse caseload encompassing medicine, surgery, and emergency cases.
- Driving clinical innovation and introducing progressive techniques.
- Building lasting, trusting relationships with clients.
