This exciting opportunity in Northamptonshire is perfect for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon looking for greater autonomy, the chance to develop their own caseload, and long-term career progression within a supportive network.
Working in a well-equipped practice with an established client base, you'll have the freedom to shape your clinical interests, build lasting client relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
The Role
- Salary up to £70,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
- 40 hours per week across 4 days
- Part-time applications considered (minimum 3 days per week)
- 1 in 6 weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital
- No out-of-hours
- High level of clinical autonomy with the opportunity to help grow the practice

- Modern practice equipped with a large theatre, ultrasound, ECG, dental suite and in-house laboratory

About You
- We're looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who:
- Is MRCVS qualified
- Has solid UK small animal GP experience
- Is confident working independently in a sole charge environment
- Enjoys building strong client relationships and developing a loyal caseload
- Has excellent communication and clinical skills
- Is looking for a long‐term opportunity with genuine career progression
