The practice is set up to help vets deliver consistent, high-quality care with strong nurse-to-vet support and the backing to develop clinically over the long term (including certificate support).
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality first-opinion consultations, building clear diagnostic and treatment plans.
- Perform routine and more involved soft tissue procedures as appropriate for the caseload.
- Use practice diagnostics to support evidence-based decision-making (e.g., lab work, imaging where indicated).
- Work closely with the nursing team to ensure safe, efficient patient flow, strong inpatient care, and effective post-op plans.
- Maintain clinical standards aligned with RCVS expectations, including patient safety, analgesia, and clear clinical records.
