We design humorous socks inspired by artists, writers and cultural icons. For the past 12 years, our socks have been sold in some of the world’s best museum and design stores, including Tate Modern, MoMA and the Van Gogh Museum. Now we’re looking for a full-time Sales & Marketing Manager to grow both our retail presence and brand visibility — bringing ChattyFeet to more museum shops, gift stores and cultural retailers, while building awareness through marketing.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys opening new accounts, building relationships, and generating demand through smart, creative marketing.
Your Mission- Sales (Core Focus)
- Identify and win new retail accounts — museum shops, gallery stores, design stores and cultural retailers
- Reach out to buyers with confident, engaging pitches (email and phone)
- Send samples — our socks often sell themselves once buyers see them
- Build strong relationships with buyers and retail teams
- Negotiate orders and follow up on new launches
- Grow a network of repeat wholesale customers
- Manage and grow our social media presence
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
- Lead PR outreach (press, partnerships, collaborations)
- Run and optimise PPC campaigns
- Support product launches with coordinated marketing activity
- Ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have experience selling to gift shops, museum stores, concept stores or lifestyle retailers
- Are confident reaching out to buyers and opening new accounts
- Also have hands‑on marketing experience (social, email, PR or paid ads)
- Enjoy both selling and storytelling
- Are proactive, organised and self‑motivated
- Have a good sense of humour, confidence, and a natural ability to connect with people
- Full‑time role
- Based in London
- Start: May 2026
