The Role
We are looking for a confident, proactive and organised Corporate Solicitor. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, commercially aware, and will actively engage in business development activities, expanding our practice into new areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high levels of service to existing clients
- Develop the corporate department in line with the marketing policy
- Produce fee income in line with targets and agreed objectives
- Maintain and enhance legal skills
- Financial control, especially cash flow
- Perform feeāearning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm's quality and risk procedures

- Corporate governance, shareholders' agreements, options and members' agreements

Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified solicitor
- Previous experience managing a busy corporate caseload
- Experienced in all mainstream corporate matters
- Good computer literacy, including caseāmanagement systems
- Clear understanding of AML regulations and Solicitors' Account Rules

Working Hours & Location
