Chattertons is representing a top three global real estate consultancy that is looking for a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join its Data Centre Valuation & Advisory team in London. The team is fast-growing and one of the largest specialist data centre valuation teams in EMEA, working on one of real estate’s fastest-growing sectors.
The Role
- Value operational and leased data centres, development sites and portfolios across EMEA.
- Work on fund valuations, transaction underwriting, due diligence and secured lending mandates for operators, institutional investors, banks and private equity.
- Build and refine DCF models, and analyse financials, power agreements and construction contracts.
- Prepare valuation reports and contribute to market research.
Candidate Expectations
- A newly qualified surveyor, an analyst or an experienced valuer with strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
- A background in valuation, real estate finance, investment or infrastructure.
- MRICS (or working towards it) and knowledge of Argus are a plus.
- No previous data centre experience is needed.
