A rapidly growing PRS platform is looking for its first in-house Facilities Manager. There are c.700 units across three assets and serious growth ambitions. This is a rare chance to be one of the first in the door, at a well-capitalised and growing platform.

You'll be joining a small team, operating with real autonomy. There is scope to grow your career as the portfolio scales.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of facilities management across three residential sites, with a focus on:

  • Contract management - owning supplier and contractor relationships end to end
  • Compliance - keeping the portfolio watertight across all statutory requirements
  • Health & Safety - embedding best practice and holding the highest standards
  • Site presence - visiting each asset weekly & hybrid working

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in facilities management
  • Strong grounding in contract management, compliance, and H&S
  • Multi-site residential experience - PRS or BTR background ideal (in-house or 3rd party experience)
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
