About the business: A specialist retail property consultancy acting for landlords and retailers across shopping centres, high streets, out of town and outlets. The team advises some of the UK's best-known retail landlords and occupiers, including a major national retailer and one of the most active outlet & shopping centre owners in the market. The business has grown its outlet work significantly over the last year and is looking to grow the team to meet the requirements of their clients.
If you are looking to work on A grade retail, this role is for you.
The role: An Associate or Director to join the leasing team with a focus on outlets and shopping centres. This is a hands-on, client-facing role: you'll be trusted take ownership of busy schemes (on a large asset that can mean around 40 live deals at once).
- Lead landlord leasing across outlet & shopping centre assets – lettings, renewals, re-gears and tenant mix strategy
- You will be encouraged to generate your own business through tenant representation
- Run multiple live deals at once and stay across everything happening on each asset
- Manage and lead client relationships directly, leading meetings and reporting
- Work with asset managers, property managers and centre teams to deliver each scheme's leasing strategy
- Support new business as the team grows its shopping centre & outlet instructions
What they're looking for:
- Associate or Director level
- Retail leasing experience – ideally in outlets or shopping centres with experience juggling multiple deals and instructions at once
- Proven ability to handle high deal volumes and stay organised across a whole asset
- Able to run client meetings and relationships independently
- Open to candidates who moved client-side and want to return to agency
- Strong work ethic and the right attitude – this is crucial
The key skill set is someone who can manage a lot of instructions and transactions at one go. This role is for someone who is motivated to work on A grade stock and hungry to progress their career exponentially.
Package: Above market basic salary. Discretionary & commission based bonus structures available.
Location: Central London (West End office).
