We are now looking for a talented Finance Manager to join the team!
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering accurate, timely financial reporting
- Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations
- Playing a key role in process improvement and operational efficiency
- Owning the month-end close process, including preparing accounting journals and completing balance sheet reconciliations
- Providing accurate and timely financial reporting
- Producing monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis
- Maintaining strong controls and compliance with accounting standards
- Working closely with the VP of Finance and the senior leadership team to design and enhance processes that support company growth
- Analysing business performance and product profitability, including unit economics and variance analysis
- Supporting ad hoc projects and analysis, including modelling and system or process improvements
- Collaborating proactively across cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain data accuracy
What you’ll need:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS company or tech start-up
- Qualified accountant with a solid grounding in accounting fundamentals
- Strong understanding of accounting theory
- Highly proficient in Excel - financial modelling, analysis and reporting
- Exposure to month-end close, management accounts, and financial reporting in a scaling organisation
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with commercial, product, or engineering teams
- Involvement in process improvement or systems implementation
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret financial data clearly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills for working cross-functionally and explaining financial concepts to non-finance teams
