Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth.
You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads, and participating in pitch presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and business success.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and other materials to clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, including revenue, profitability, and pipeline metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Knowledge of the advertising, marketing, or digital media industry is preferred.
