About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Partnership and Engagement Executive to be the face of Chatterbug. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our clinical expertise and the communities we serve. Your mission is to build trusted, long-term relationships with schools, Local Authorities, and practitioners, ensuring our social mission reaches those who need it most.

What you’ll be doing

  • Event Lead: You will identify, coordinate, and attend key industry events and conferences. From logistics and setup to onsite networking, you’ll ensure every event has a clear objective and a professional execution.
  • Relationship Building: You will act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders. You won’t just "network", you’ll nurture conversations, ensuring that initial handshakes turn into meaningful, ongoing collaborations.
  • Lead Management: You will accurately capture connections made during outreach and work closely with the wider team to identify the best next steps for engagement.
  • Content Creation: Working with our digital channels, you’ll create social media posts, blogs, and case studies that highlight our external activities and showcase our thought leadership in the sector.
  • Brand Advocacy: You’ll monitor stakeholder feedback and keep a pulse on the education and clinical landscape to help us continuously improve our community presence.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: 2–4 years in marketing, events, partnerships, or engagement-focused roles.
  • Communication Skills: You are a natural rapport-builder who can engage professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Organisational Prowess: You can manage multiple priorities and event timelines without breaking a sweat.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, and task management systems (Jira). Strategic experience of CRM systems and the fundamentals of lead management.
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (with business insurance) is essential for travel to events and meetings.

  • Experience working within the education, healthcare, or purpose-driven/third sectors.
  • A background in supporting external communications or professional content writing.
