The Opportunity
Are you a natural relationship-builder who wants their day job to actually matter? We are looking for a proactive, confident Marketing and Partnerships Executive to be the face of Chatterbug. In this role you will bridge the gap between our clinical expertise and the communities we serve by building trusted, long-term relationships with schools, Local Authorities, and healthcare practitioners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Event Lead & Activation: Identify, coordinate, and hit the road for key industry events and conferences. You’ll own the logistics, setup, and onsite networking, ensuring Chatterbug stands out.
- Relationship & Lead Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders. You will nurture initial conversations, turn handshakes into meaningful collaborations, and utilise our CRM system to track and progress leads.
- Content & Brand Advocacy: Showcase our impact. You’ll create engaging social media content, blogs, and case studies that highlight our external activities and position Chatterbug as a thought leader in the sector.

What We Are Looking For
This role is perfect for a self-starter who loves variety, autonomy, and human connection.
- Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing, event management, B2B partnerships, or account management.
- Communication: A natural rapport-builder who can confidently network with diverse stakeholders, from headteachers to clinical directors.
- Tech & Data Savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace, task management systems (like Jira), and comfortable using CRM systems to manage data.
- Mobility: A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (with business insurance) is essential, as UK travel is required for events.
- Values-Driven: You genuinely care about social impact, inclusivity, and community development.
- Desirable: Experience working within education, healthcare, or the third/charity sector. Strong copy/content writing skills.
