If you enjoy improving processes, working with data, and making small changes that lead to measurable impact, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our digital platforms support the full journey from initial engagement through to enquiry and opportunity. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll focus on improving user journeys, managing email and CRM activity, and ensuring leads are captured and progressed effectively.
What you’ll be doing
- Maintaining and improving website journeys to increase enquiries
- Managing email campaigns, follow-ups, and nurture sequences
- Ensuring leads are captured, organised, and kept up to date
- Supporting landing pages and campaign delivery
- Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Making practical improvements that increase engagement and progression
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Experience working with websites (e.g. WordPress or similar platforms)
- Experience managing email campaigns and/or CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Confidence working with data and identifying improvements
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Experience in education, healthcare, or purpose-driven sectors
- Familiarity with Zoho, Brevo, or similar CRM/email platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and user journeys
Apply now. If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, develop your skills, and make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
