Personal Assistant (1 day/week) — North London
We’re looking for someone outstanding to join our team as a Personal Assistant in North London, one day a week.
- Executive Support / Operations (private / studio team)

Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Personal Assistant to support busy executives one day per week in North London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering above expectations, whether handling logistical arrangements, coordinating small projects, or running essential errands.
You will work closely with executives to keep both professional and personal matters running smoothly, ranging from practical household or studio support to scheduling and bookings. The right candidate will combine initiative, reliability, and discretion with a proven prior experience in a similar role. A background in arts or business also desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive support: Assist with office management, bookings (travel, accommodation, events), and administrative tasks.
- Errands & logistics: Manage practical day-to-day needs such as grocery shopping, collecting and delivering items, or sourcing supplies.
- Household & studio support: Help set up or organise spaces, oversee small fixes or installations, and ensure environments are kept orderly.
- Project assistance: Support ad hoc projects like coordinating external vendors, arranging deliveries, or setting up new facilities.
- Hospitality & gifting: Arrange flowers, gifts, or other personal touches that reflect high standards and attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Undertake other reasonable duties as requested, often requiring quick problem-solving and independence.
Prior Experience
- Experience in a private household or for HNW individuals
- Some hands-on practical / DIY / maintenance aptitude
- Familiarity with London geography / transport
- Experience managing small projects (scheduling, coordination)
- Strong interpersonal skills
