About the Role
As Deputy Front Office Manager, you’ll be a key leader in ensuring every arrival, departure, and moment in between feels effortless and personal. You’ll support the Front Office Manager in running a smooth, efficient, and beautifully presented department — while coaching and inspiring the team to deliver service that feels both polished and warm. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced, luxury environment where no two days are the same. You’ll thrive if you love people, problem‑solving, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Your Role as Deputy Front Office Manager:
- Leads the Front Office team with positivity, professionalism, and a calm presence.
- Ensures every guest receives a seamless, personalised welcome and farewell.
- Supports daily operations including check‑ins, reservations, billing, and guest communications.
- Coaches, develops, and motivates the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Works closely with Housekeeping, Spa, Restaurants, and Lake House teams to coordinate flawless stays.
- Handles guest feedback with empathy and confidence.
- Upholds high standards of presentation, accuracy, and luxury service.
- Acts as Duty Manager when required.
