We’re looking for a Breakfast Chef who brings creativity, calm confidence, and a genuine love of seasonal cooking to this unique setting. What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepares exceptional breakfasts that set the tone for the day - from beautifully executed classics to refined, seasonal dishes that feel special yet effortless.
- Brings warmth, flexibility, and a guest-first mindset to every service.
- Creates and serves elegant afternoon teas, showcasing craft, finesse, and a sense of occasion.
- Supports bespoke menus and tailored food experiences for exclusive-use bookings, ensuring every event feels personal, special, and memorable.
- Works closely with the wider Gilpin culinary team to maintain consistency, quality, and a shared commitment to excellence.
- Champions local, seasonal produce and contributes ideas for new breakfast dishes, afternoon tea items, and guest experiences.
- Maintains impeccable standards of organisation, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
- Supports the Lake House team with a collaborative, positive, and guest-focused approach.
