Chatham Grammar, part of the University of Kent Academies Trust, seeks a dedicated Pastoral Manager to support wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development across our student body.
You will work with the Inclusion Team and Assistant Principal to ensure positive learning environments and sound safeguarding practices.
You will mentor students, track data, liaise with families and external agencies, and contribute to Early Help plans to support individual progress.
