Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services to clients on derivative products and risk management strategies involving mainly interest rate and FX exposures, and, if relevant, inflation and commodity exposures.
- Support clients in developing and implementing hedging strategies that complement their debt portfolios and reflect their risk appetite.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of client financial portfolios and exposures to inform recommendations.
- Structure, model, and analyse complex derivative transactions to meet client objectives.
- Lead preparation and review of transaction documentation and processes, partnering with legal and risk stakeholders to support compliance.
- Collaborate closely with deal managers, trading/execution, legal, and other teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and client satisfaction.
- Deliver client presentations, market research, reports, and briefings to support decision-making and board-level discussions.
- Maintain and deepen direct client relationships, including onboarding, ongoing portfolio monitoring, and strategic advisory.

Position
We are seeking a Vice President with 5+ years of relevant experience to join our EMEA Financial Risk Advisory team focused on delivering tailored risk management and capital markets solutions for our real estate clients.
- 5+ years of professional experience in financial risk advisory, derivatives, treasury, capital markets, debt advisory, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree required (or higher). A degree in finance is not required; quantitative aptitude and critical thinking are essential.
- Proven understanding of derivative products, financial modelling, and risk management principles; experience structuring, pricing, and executing transactions is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical capability, including experience working with large data sets; statistical analysis and advanced modelling experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical, providing the ability to communicate complex subject matter in a way that educates and prioritises findings, flexing delivery style to accommodate different audiences, engaging with clients on new proposals and ongoing delivery, and effective communication through various formats (PowerPoint slides, email, verbal, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and drive alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with proprietary analytics tools is a plus.
- Fluent English required; additional language capabilities will be regarded favourably.
