* Lead the onboarding of new clients by translating scattered loan data into structured, actionable models in Chatham's proprietary technology.* Design and implement bespoke workflows to track covenant test results, loan reporting, and portfolio analytics.* Monitor client portfolios for changes like paydowns, drawdowns, and refinancings - and ensure data stays accurate and up to date.* Prepare dashboards that display key risks, upcoming maturities, and performance trends.* Build strong relationships with clients through regular calls and proactive insights.* Collaborate with our technology team to enhance Chatham's technology offering based on client feedback and evolving market needs.* Direct report responsibilities, managing people and supporting their career development milestones.* Train and mentor new team members to ensure consistency and excellence in delivery.* Provide support and subject matter expertise to Chatham's Client Engagement Team in pursuing new business opportunities with both existing and new clients, including attending and presenting in client meetings* Act as a day-to-day partner to institutional real estate clients, supporting the ongoing management and reporting of complex loan portfolios across multiple jurisdictions and structures.* Support client onboarding by translating loan data into structured, actionable models within Chatham's proprietary technology platform.* Design and maintain workflows for loan reporting, covenant tracking, portfolio analytics, cashflow projections, and financing activities including drawdowns, amendments, refinancings to ensure accurate and timely data.* Prepare client deliverables, including dashboards highlighting key risks, opportunities, upcoming maturities, covenant positions, and performance trends.* Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, providing clear, concise explanations of loan mechanics, and portfolio movements.* Collaborate with technology and product team to continuously improve platform quality, workflows, and the overall client experience.* Support senior team members in advising clients and ensure consistency and excellence in delivery.**What Success Looks Like in the Role:*** Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or a related field.* 5+ years of experience in real estate finance, asset management, loan servicing, or real estate transaction law.* Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and extract key data from various types of real estate source documents.* Exposure to commercial real estate loans, with an understanding of their structure, terminology, and financial covenants.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas and information to clients, team members, and other stakeholders.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and maintain complex financial models, analyse data and present insights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
