Job Responsibilities:
- Overall restaurant operations management (sales, inventory, HR, finance)
- Kitchen management and food training
- Wine collection management and purchasing support
- Staff training and schedule management
- Quality customer service control and VIP guest handling
- Participation in marketing and event planning
- Ensuring smooth collaboration between front-of-house and kitchen operations
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
- Languages: Fluent in English and Korean (required)
- Professional Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of wine (WSET certification preferred)
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management programs
- Understanding of the Singapore F&B market
- Korean or Western cuisine certification, or at least 5 years of kitchen work experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Customer-oriented service mindset
Working Conditions:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Working Days: 6 days per week (Sunday off)
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience (SGD 6,000 ~ 6,500+ per month)
